1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Clipy (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these simple, fair terms.
2. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Clipy on Apple Mac computers that you own or control:
- Free License: You may use Clipy Free indefinitely for personal or commercial productivity.
- Pro License: A single Pro license unlocks all Pro features for all personal Macs associated with your purchase. Pro licenses are one-time payments with no recurring subscription fees.
- Beta Features: Features flagged as beta (currently AI transforms) are provided "as is"; quotas, quality, and availability may change as the feature matures.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we take pride in rigorous engineering and careful testing, we cannot be held liable for any damages or clipboard data loss resulting from software incompatibilities or system crashes.
4. Trademarks
Apple, macOS, Mac, and Ventura are registered trademarks of Apple Inc. Clipy is an independent productivity tool and is not endorsed or affiliated with Apple.
